E. L. Spears Ministries is the vehicle I believe God inspired me to start in the Spring of 2021 to share my gifts of training and administration that have been shaped through inspiration, meditation, education, and experience.

E. L. Spears Ministries is a work I believe I am being led to do to use my gifts and passions to help churches and believers grow spiritually and systemically. The books, training, workshops,  coaching, and counseling will be centered on systems-thinking rooted in spiritual truths. 

I hope to bring biblically-based project management, process development, and systems improvement principles into the work of the church and the walk of the believer. Please follow this page often as we continue this journey and share what we learn along the way.
